Unfortunately you might be facing a worm's behavior. Some worms (or viruses) might or will overflow the memory buffer. Therefore, you're given errors about this file (by the way, it is lsass.exe).
Update your anti-virus (if you have any) and scan for this problem throughout the system. Clean it if possible.
There are many free anti-virus in the internet. I would suggest you search for "free AV".

You can not remove it, part of OS, just get it from somebody else and copy it on top of yours.
Reply:Hi, this is a known virus, install a good antivirus software and update it, then run a full system scan, unfortunately i was infected by this virus before and i was unable to get into windows so i took my HD out of the machine and connect it to my brother machine as a secondary HD and copied all the data and then i reformatted the machine.
