Is it ok to use an RCD on an TN-C-S system?

Not recommended to be used as a mainswitch, unless 100ma for overall (reduced) protection, best to fit a split board and fit 30ma for socket outlets, or use individual RCBO's. If you fit as mainswitch and have a fault which you are unable to clear you will have no power or lights which could be dangerous.

yes but get it fitted by electrician
Reply:Yes ! it's OK, you can use an RDC on anything that runs on mains power, as it will detect a fault and cut the power before any damage is done, and is essential for safeguarding all electronic devices. Be safe rather sorry.
Reply:I would totally agree with jayktee96's answer.
