It said it is a potentially unwanted program. And its asking me if i want to remove it or trust it. Should i remove it or should i trust it?? I don't know what to do cus i don't want to be removing something that i shouldn't so any help would be appreciated.

your system restore can contain PUPS, the only essentials are your windows system files which you can recover any time by running system file checker in case of emergency
