Personally, I would find some XP or Vista discs, and wipe the harddrive. I do not work eheavily with PCs, Im better with Macs, but Im pretty sure that you could pretty easily start up from the disc. If not, call whoever made our comp and get them to come out and fix it... should be under warranty assuming you didnt mess with the comp too much.
