Started suddenly--no display of anything but this screen whenever I try to access internet.
How do I fix res://C:/windows/system/SHDOCL... that comes up when I try to access internet?
means u don't have internet connection connected at that time. connect to the internet first.

Reply:go to support.microsoft.com from some other computer and try to type the exact error message and hopefully u will get a remedy
