What happens if I delete everything in C:\System volume Information?
System Volume Information is the data relating to restore points on your system. Windows will not let you delete it without a tool such as Unlocker.
Reply:If you do not know what is in a volume folder do not and I repeat do not delete anything because it is a good way to shut down your computer and a required visit to the nearest computer shop to load your programs and O S.
Reply:The System Volume Information folder is a hidden system folder that the System Restore tool uses to store its information and restore points. why do you wanna delete it.when u dlete it all ur previous restore points will be deleted.
