No. Freon only cools the air, it would have nothing to do with the airflow.





You may have an issue with the switch or your vacuum system.

Reply:Usually a broken plastic vacuum line going from the switch to the vacuum motor.





Start by disconnecting the vacuum motor and moving the blend door by hand to make sure it's not binding. If it moves freely, then apply vacuum to the motor and see if the motor is good. If it is, then your problem is either a broken line or a bad switch.

Reply:This door is operated by a motor.If the motor is turning when you change temps, the blend door (it is plastic) is broken.Ford used to have a problem with its trucks and SUVs but not too sure about this newer model.If the motor is not working the poss a control head(switch)
