Rumor mills certainly are not reliable %26amp; there are 'authorities' without the ability to find their back side with both hands! As a platoon Sergeant, surrounded by daily random urine testings, according to all the 'scuddlebutt' I've heard, massive quantities (gallons) of grapefruit juice are required to perge the human system of toxins such as THC, Cocaine, tobacco, heroin, methanphetimine %26amp; alcohol. As indicated by other reports, the standard 'one nighter' residue would stay about a month in the system without the massive quantities of grapefruitjuice. This MIGHT be shortened to 2 weeks with massive quantities, depending on metabolizum %26amp; other dietary factors. Then again, it might not! The lack of responses here reinforce the idea that nobody really knows! I'd suspect everybody is a little different %26amp; every user might react differently to the same standard. The sure fire way to avoid the problem is to 'just say no'!

Reply:How long have you been smoking? THC compounds itself, so if you have been smoking for several years, it will take more than the standard 30 days to clean your system. Try 6 months to be sure.
Reply:Depending on how long you have smoked. If you drink a lot of water it will clean out your system faster. If you are about to take a urine drug test, water will clean out your kidneys, but you have to drink about a gallon a day or until your urine has no color. If you do not do this it takes approximately 30 days to get out of your system. Best thing if you are worried about it is to just quit smoking. Almost all jobs are requiring drug tests and if you do get the job there could still be random drug testing of employees.
