Your PC is infected with a smitfraud trojan. There are 2 ways to remove it. Both are free, or you can make a donation if you like.

or,

use the smitfraud fix latest version

Smitfraud fix should be used in safe mode.
Reply:umm it happened to me before well u should try scan ur computer one more time in safe mode. coz it might detect the virus better.

start%26gt;run%26gt;

type msconfig%26gt; go to boot.ini tab%26gt; select safemode%26gt; ok%26gt; restart

then run a scan again. coz once ur in safemode the virus or spyware cant do anything. so it good to scan ur computer in safemode.

hope this help

First do an online virus scan in Safe Mode, (Safe Mode with networking), like Housecall by trendmicro or panda online Scan in the same way.

Next you will have to download hijackthis, links below, and run a scan and save the log file. (It's very easy). When the scan is done look down the list of files its shows up and you should be able to find the infected one cos it will have a very peculiar name and should stand out as spyware.

Next, type the name of this file into Google, and you will find a removal tool and instructions on how to delete it.

To me, it sounds like you have been hit with the Vundoo family of infection.

PM me if you have any probs.

Reply:You browser has been hijacked by a trojan, they are abit tough to get ride of, only online Internet Security can get ride of the adware..the best way round it is launch system restore.

Panda Internet Security for XP will do the biz, but it will uninstall avast..Panda will slow your pc down because its running online, uninstall it when its cleared up everything.
